You are probably feeding bad quality food. Feed less kibble and more people food. If you ate at Burger King every day the same thing all your life you not only would be fat but unhealthy as well. Dogs should have their food changed once a month and should be fed raw meat and vegetables with just a tiny bit of kibble. This is how all of our show dogs are fed. They love us for it. There seems to be a common myth that feeding raw meat will cause aggression but it is completely absurd and I have never observed it.

If he has a pot belly, it means he has worms. He needs a trip to the vet to be de-wormed. Nearly all puppies are born with worms, and the worms get bigger as the puppy gets older, and causes the fat pot belly.
You can also get wormers at pet supply shops. Be sure to ask which ones work the best for round worms.

the last time i saw a dag that looked like a fat black man it was a fat black man in his garden so u should be soure it is a dog first.

does he eat alot, if yes more exercise and less food. and also little puppies grow up to gronw dogs. They change, they wont stay cute for ever. like a human boy, cute as a baby and matbe ugly when big

Well different breeds grow up to be different. Some dogs keep their puppies eyes, figures, & faces, but others dont, it just depends on the breed, also make sure you feed your dog, & all animals well, make sure it gets exercise & love to!! :) Maybe a diet would help with weight but who knows about its looks.

Because you have not taken good care of him.
Puppy are all ways so cute until they grow up then they end up in the Humane Society.
Boy it would be nice if people would read about the breed be for they get it

It all depends on the breed of your dog.
You could also be overfeeding it, or it could have some health issues like worms, or thyroid problems.
It's worth having a vet look at.
