They'll repo the car and revoke your license until your either 18 or twenty one which ever one is the later.

Your permit will be suspended and you will get fined as well.
If you are caught and are also high or drunk, you will have to wait for years to even try to get a license plus you will more than likely get some jail time too.
In NY you have to be with a licensed driver 18 years +.

I don't know sweetie. But I sure wish I lived in New York instead of Texas. PS be careful, don't speed or do anything to get stopped. But more important, wait till you get your licence. I think you will be so nervous about getting caught you probably would do something stupid behind that wheel. And remember if you do get caught you may not get that licence for a year or two. Use your head.

they will suspend your license until your 18. here in illinois, when u have a permit you have to be driving with an adult (21 or over) at all times.... other wise your in trouble
