To gain height - try a stretch machine: tie a 100 pound weight to each leg and drop at least 10 feet. Repeat until you are at optimal size.
To lose height - jump out of a building until your body is squeezed tighter together. If you do not lose height, try a taller building.

There is very little you can do to alter the height for which you are genetically programmed. You can live as healthy a life style as possible, which means eating proper meals, and getting enough sleep. But once you reach the height your growth pattern is set for, there isn't much you can do about it. It's the same for people who are short as for those who are tall. Genetic programming is the primary factor in determining how tall you are.
In the case of excessively short persons, there are surgical interventions that can add a few inches, but they are painful, expensive and difficult procedures and are only used when the person is very short.

Good nutrition/balanced diet will help. Check out the height of pure blood Filipinos in this country compared to their parents from the Philippines. But if you are looking for a height enhancing drug there isn't one...I have heard of some snake oil but they have no verifiable results and if you are past puberty....well I don't think a diet change will help you. Sorry

There's a website for averages - heights included and weight. There's also the pituitary gland that dictates your height. Try seeing a doctor who can prescribe a vitamin that helps increase one's height. Its called CGF or chlorella growth factor. Taurine is also a growth helping vitamin.

Get good nutrition. For example the Japanese population didn't have
that good nutrition before WWII. Later generations got taller through better nutrition levels.
Wheat is better then rice or corn. Drink milk.
