Don't worry about weight. Eat healthy; the food sticks to your body a lot better, and gives you definition in the proper places. As others have said, muscles weigh more, so exercise. Try soccer, self-defense classes, or about any other sport out there. Because you're so young, too much weight training may not be that good, so if you do that make sure you have the proper training and someone to watch over you.

Hahaha, I wish I weighed only 134 pounds.. XD I weigh 140-150 pounds and am so out of shape. It's rather pathetic. Hahah.

134 pounds of muscle is actually very good for a 13 year old. I wouldn't worry about it.

In any case, you really don't want to gain weight from fats or excessive sugars: That kind of thing tends to hang around FAR longer than you really want it to. Try just eating healthy, and if you want more mass get it from protien.

first of all, you don't judge weight by age, its judged by height. even then, that's just a rough estimate since muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue. second, why would you want to put on fat? fat is not healthy, fat is what most people who want to be fit try to avoid. the best way to "stabilize" your metabolism is to exercise and eat the things that are high in protein and low in carbs. muscles need protein to strengthen. if you want to put on 5 healthy pounds, the rule of thumb is to eat half the grams of protein for the weight you desire. so if you want to weigh 140 lbs, then you would need to eat 70grams of protein a day. keep in mind also that the body can only absorb 25 to 30 grams of protein at one time. there are also protein drinks at drug stores that will help put on weight. watch out for the ones that are high in carbs too, they will also add bulk. don't forget to exercise, this will put on the muscle tissue and take off the fat tissue.
