Are Germansherped's short or long hair?

They come in both varieties but the long-haired shepherds are easily mistaken for huskies. I've had 2 neighbours (different places) that had dogs I thought were husky mixes and when I asked them they acted all insulted and told me they were german shepherds. The more recognizable shepherds have medium-short hair.

I have 2 of them, mine are short hair but they do come in both short and long hair.

German Shepards are generally a medium length hair. They aren't as long as a collie, but they aren't as short as a pug.
As with any breed, there can be variations from shorter length to longer length hair.
You can get a German Shorthair pointer if you want a german dog with short hair.

Shiloh Shepherd is long haired and Regular German Shep can come in both as well as King Sheps....almost every breed of herding dog comes in long and short coat varieties....Collies, belgian sheps...even Chow Chows.

there are varieties. i've had 2 german shepherds and they both had short hair. i think they only have long hair if theyre mixed with another breed

I have short curly hair for the first time since I was 10 years old and We really like it but I skip my long curly locks so I'm growing it back out!

before bringing them to the parlours, they have long hair and after that they have short stylish hair

they would be considered a "short hair" breed, but they are more a medium length.
