Probably clogged pores which cause a buildup of dead tissue. I have a couple on my face but I don't worry about it. Try scrubbing your face with anti-bacterial face scrub which contains little granules.

In all honesty I have a problem called CSP (compulsive skin picking.. google it, it's real). So I've seen a lot of skin problems. What you're describing sounds like an ingrown hair that has been there for quite a while. It probably created a blackhead-looking skin surface, which--when you squeezed--pushed out whatever dirt was causing the blackhead to be black, and also pushed out the hair that had been in there for a while. Afterwards, there is sometimes still a bump, and if you squeeze more, the white seasame seed-looking casing comes out. Like someone before me said -- this is your body trying to push out the problem. By pushing it out you leave sort of a gap. You have pulled out the hair and the problem and what remains is sort of a hole. It might stay there for a few weeks while it heals (don't keep picking at it unless you want a scar).. but eventually it goes away. If it doesn't go away in 1-2 months, see a doctor.

They are either a heat rash or bumps you need to exfoliate off.

If you wear a hat, it could be contact dermatitis from the hat band. Try to discontinue your wearing of a hat.

Perhaps just hardened sebum? Treat them like pimples.
Babygurl- "itchy exzema "
No, I have exzema, and that does not sound like a symptom.
