Get a gallon sized zip lock baggie. Salt and pepper peeled and deveined shrimp then put into zip lock and pour 1/2 bottle itailan dressing. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, but not overnight as seafood spoils when acid is introduced.
Boil water and add salt then pasta, I like linguine noodles according to package directions but 2 mins. less.
In a fry pan brown 1/2 diced onion in 1 tbls olive oil.
Then heat 2 tbls butter with 2 tbls flour. Add room temperature milk or put in microwave to heat from refrigerator. Add to bubbling flour mixture until you get a cream sauce consistency.
Arrange marinated shrimp on sheet pan and broil in oven approx 2 mins per side. Better to under cook than over cook the shrimp.
Add pasta to cream sauce then shrimp and cook 2 mins more.
Top with flat leaf parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
