I am a huge Sir Paul fan and studied his music and life. I play guitar and have played his music for years as well as other Beatle tunes both nationally and internationally. I was just playing guitar earlier and played Norwegian Wood, Too Many People and Mother Nature's Son. Paul is presently working on a DVD release of last years US tour of which I had a pleasure to see here in AZ. You will see that out soon. I also have over 25 bootlegs of his solo and Beatle unreleased music (mostly lesser tracks like on Anthology). I have been collecting these for years and am always fascinating to hear a song like "With A Little Luck" starting out using a simple keyboard drum track instead of live drums that the final song has or unfinished lyrics or mistakes. Great stuff and as a musician valuable insight to the world's greatest group and musician Paul McCartney.

No. They aren't interesting like Led Zeppelin, Madonna, Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Rachmaninoff, Rossini or the guy who wrote Smetana. A lot of psychedelic drugs. A lot of innocence. Really boring. Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Heart Clubs Band albem, that was horrible. They sounded like the Doors.

I love the Beatles, saw them on the Ed Sullivan Show on TV in the 60's and was one of those screaming teenage girls in my living room (don't tell anyone, though *blush*)

look in the dictionary next to the word overrated and you will see them. I've had about all the "beatlemania" I can stomach for a lifetime.

My husband is nuts about them. I have to admit I admire them a lot more now under his tutelage.
