It depends if you want a career in business. Women tend to trust other women who are not completely blond. As a guy, I've never been a fan of bottled blonds. This is simply my preference, but women tend to trust women who are brunettes.
The natural look is always hotter and gives the appearance of a woman who is confident in herself.

It's summer, if you are the outdoors / sports / beach type the only thing that should accentuate your natural beauty during the summer is a natural looking sun washed lighter shade.

If you are more of the working indoors type of person, a gradual degree darker into a chestnut / auburn is always appealing.

i think from a friends pov i think since you have your eyes brown die your hair brown and get highlights and look like meand get your hair chimicaled thin and straight!!!!!!!
