Baby = Bebe (saying that French people do not use the word bebe as you do in english. We dont call each other "bebe". Thats for the child. We call each other "Mon amour " (my love), mon cheri(E) (the "e" is to be used addressed to a woman).
I found out you were a girl. So if you want to tell your french speaking boyfriend that you love with with all your heart and that you are missing him a lot, this is what you say:
Je t'aime de tout mon coeur mon amour. Tu me manque tant.
I love you with all my heart my love (as in baby). I miss you so.

Are you asking, "And in French" or did you forget to put in what you wanted to know.
"And in French" is said in French, "Et en francais."

everyone's right...but its not pronounced "e" its pronounced something like "ehhh" and not really saying the letter 'e' kinda like when a baby makes that sound....... i hope you figure it out
