Just bought a new smoothie machine. It comes with all sorts of recipes but all of them are heavy and have lots of calories. Any good healthy, all natural, or almost natural recipes out there?

I like to have fruit smoothies for breakfast. I thaw out 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit (get the big resealable bag and just take out what you need), then mix it with one container of Blue Bunny vanilla creme yogurt (no sugar and no aspartame), 3 ice cubes, and 1/2 cup milk. I blend it thoroughly and enjoy!
