If I want to make a complaint against a Military Attorney who did a poor job of defending me,also including breach of the Attorney client privilige, misrepresentation, and unethical defense attorney tactics what can I do to seek jstice. At an administrative hearing my Attorney provided me with paperwork requesting that I allow documents pertaining to my medical records and the ongoing investigation into the sexual assaults.
My Attorney said that I should sign the documents if I wanted to and not to if I didn’t want to. Believing that my Attorney was concerned with what was in my best interest I acknowledged. I am not one who is aware of legal matters. I depended on him to give good, sound advice. However, contrary to this he later objected to the introduction of my medical records and the criminal investigation.
If my Attorney disagreed with the admission of my medical records because it was not allowed, or if he felt that my command should not be using information from an investigation still ongoing why did present me with documentation that if signed consented.
In my opinion he acted in a manner that is contrary to good order and discipline. He not only broke the patient client privilege, he betrayed his client. This is gross misrepresentation of me the client. What can I do?
