Is she blind? She knows she has hair on her upper lip. If she wanted to do something about it, she would have already. Don't bring it up until she does, then suggest maybe bleaching her upper lip if she doesnt want to wax, or shave, or nair.

While you're hanging out at home with her doing girly stuff, tell her that you use Nair or Bleach on your upper lip (even if that isn't true), and then ask her if she's ever tried anything. She will feel less self-concious about her hairy problem if you act like you also have the same problem.

Lots and lots of women do hair removal on their face, it's not a big deal. But it seems like teens and young women are not comfortable talking about it with their friends until they are older. I wish I had talked to my girlfriends about it back in the day!

there are multiple options....one thing you could do would be to recommend she bleach it - that way the hair wont show up as much because it'll be lighter... another option would be to wax it - this is quick, slightly painful but lasts a long time....trimmers usually work alright depending on the hair type but are not always efficient and u still have a shadow left behind sometimes.

If you are going to bring this up to her do it tactfully. Maybe suggest a girls night in with facials etc or a day at the spa. There are so many options and she's not the only female to ever have this problem. many times its not just heritage but hormone levels that change as you grow older.

If she is bothered by it, and you guys are teens I would suggest that she bleach it for now. If she has not said anything to you about it, you should just let it go.. If you bring it up first you could really hurt her feelings.

if you are good friends with her, then sit her down and tell her that she may consider getting it removed so she doesn't get embarrassed in the future.

She's probably embarassed by it. Leave the poor girl alone about it.
