Unfortunately maybe not.Or not during his life time.
Human rights,religion reason make it so harder to get him caught.
Since he is using the advantage of hiding between the conservative Muslim people,it is very easy to disguise himself.
He can also wearing the traditional woman muslim suit, which is covered from head to toe,then nobody even his own son wouldn;t ever notice it.And it is possible to strip all suspects in those robe,since it would violate the human rights,and another reason for terrorist to act again would be risen.
Simply shave off his beard,would anybody notice who he is?Bin laden is always portraied as a man wearing heavy beard,but when he is shaved?
It's encouraged by the Koran for the adult male to have beard.When he lives among the muslims,in a conservative muslim area,where every muslim is having his beard,would anyone notice?
Also he plays very very safe.He never makes a public appearance,he always only gives direction,and let somebody else does his dirty work.He is hiding in the most isolated area where most of the villager don't know that kind of place exists,and to the American they even can't see that place from their most sophisticated sattelite.
He got so many advantages,that's why possibly he won't be get caught.

Eventually, yes, Bin Laden will be caught. All crooks think they are so much smarter than everyone else. However, eventually, they make mistakes, and this cowardly terrorist WILL BE CAUGHT (probably hiding in a spider hole like Saddam.)

I hope he is found, HOWEVER if he is, I hope we don't go through the whole trial stuff like we are with Hussein. I hope we find him, and dispose of him right there. The papers can read this

no i dont think so he has to many people that are sypathetic to his cause and they supply him with hiding spots so i dont think he will get caught
