It is a supply and demand process.
The more the baby succkles the mother, the more milk the glands in her breasts will produce.
if has nothing to do with the size of her breasts.

No, flat-chested women can breast-feed just as easily as busty women.
The size of a woman's breasts have to do with genetics and weight. A breast is basically just a lump of fatty tissue, they're not always full of milk.
All breasts have milk-ducts, but they're only active during pregnancy, which is why when a woman is pregnant her breasts grow/swell.
If the woman isn't pregnant, her breasts don't have milk in them.

Your boobs dont' contain milk unless your lactating other wise it's mass, fat, and gland. When lactating if you are nursing the size can variate when the glad is full of milk but this is only for the time you lactate.
