step 1, get naked, step 2, look at yourself in a mirror, if you feel like pucking you might get some extra motivation from that.

See if you can find someone that goes there to workout with. That way you can both support each other. If you are just lacking motivation, read up on motivational techniques on the web, or download a hypnosis MP3 on exercising or motivation to speed things up. I use to go to the gym five days a week when I was younger, believe me it was as enjoyable as cleaning the house sometimes. Best of luck

Take an energy drink,such as red bull,or some energy pills such as ginko biloboa,once you feel that energy rush you will want to burn it off by going to the gym. When I go to the gym I usually feel lazy,until I go into the store and get a protein shake or some sort of energy supplement.

Go there stop being lazy,and just do something and have fun.You don't have to do everything or anything at the same time and do different things.So it will be more fun.I know how you feel, I need to stop eating too much and just watching TV and just go to the gym.I know everything.Believe me once you do it twice or three times in a row,you will get the habit of doing it everyday.And as you continue and make a schedule it will be easier.Now remember time is the key,and then comes patience.You can do it.I believe in you.Good luck!

start visiting there once a week then go twice a week and so forth. Find some time in your schedule each day to got there. You will end up getting your moneys worth or just quit the gym.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Get motivated think about how you would like to look by the end of the year. Buy magazines put pictures from the pages on your refrigerator door, and in your closet doors go and try on clothes that you would love to wear. Get a new haircut there is so much you can do for yourself to get motivated!

The age old question...best thing is to find someone to go with..working out is so much easier when you do it with someone...its not the same doing it by yourself...if its a close friends its even greater because then you can push each other and also shoot the **** at the same time..
Good Luck, if you dont have the same schedule as your friends then just go by yourself you might just find people to work out with while you are there...

Just think of all the money that is going to waste.....try spending 30 min then boost your self up to an hour...you will start to feel more energy the more you go!!
