I can only answer for GA, however I think the testing is pretty much standard now. You must be approved to take the NCLEX by graduating in good standing from an approved program. Once this is satisfied you can take the exam at multiple independently operated testing sites (Like Sylvan learning center, etc.) The school that you graduate from should be able to provide a list of centers that you may go to. Testing is computerized now, so based on the testing center you use the exam is available based on their appt availability and your having the correct documentation and approval to take the test. So the answer to your question is it's offered every day that the testing site you go to is open!

It depends on where you live and how many places offer the testing. Our testing sites around my area are year round. You can do a search on the internet and find local areas/times/dates for you.

It all depends on the area you live all colleges are different just call and ask.
