collect pictures from as many family members as possible then have them turned into either a photo book or better yet have them turned into a creative DVD video !!! This can be doen and the results are great - of course if she doesnt have a dvd player you will ahve to get one..

If the above are too expensive then just collect all the family photos and make a collage or even a collage of her life - pics at all ages...
Good Luck !!!!!!

Usually by that age it is been there done that, and hard to buy for. So I would opt for making her something, like a photo album, or maybe a collage of family photos in one good sized frame.
Or you could fill a basket with goodies, like her favorite tea's or juices and cookies, and candies, or a pamper herself basket with shampoos and bubble baths, lotions ect.
Or if she has a hobby you could do one related to that.
Just think of things she likes and put them in a basket. decorate it with pretty ribbons and some silk flowers. and ta-da the perfect gift with a little thought and a lot of heart!
Tell her happy birthday for me too!

serious answers:Make a scrapbook for her pictures, any newspaper articles she was mentioned in, a quilt, a bicycle, a scoot-around scooter, a computer and classes, a calulator where the numbers are extremely large for her to see better, a free pair of glasses, Pepsi free for a year, cigarettes, Febreeze, pleasant-smelling perfume or body spray...Non-serious answers: a night at Chip & Dale's, a lap-dance, a dildo, a porn video, a fake bachelorette party, Kiwi-Strawberry Lube

Get her one of those long handled gripper devices---they are a miracle to have around---my father is a very active 94 year old man and he got one of these things a few years back---he will not seperate from it---it keeps him from having to bend over to pick things up and from having to get up on a step stool to reach things on shelves and the like---she will use it daily and think of how thoughtful you were---and---they're really not all that expensive --I think you can get an excellent one for under $35 usd

I bought my grandmother a special phone with volume control and a bank of speed dial buttons where we could put our pictures so that she could call us with the touch of a button.
