There are alot of websites saying that most hard liqours have 0 fat, 0carbs, etc, but my nutritionist says they are loaded with fat. Also how can something have 110 calories, if it has 0carbs, fat or protein???

Alcoholc doesn't have fat but it does have lots of calories....to get the real counts, I would try calorieking.com or dietfacts.com . I find pretty much everything I need on those two sites!

As far as something having calories without regiastering any of the typical building blocks we get calories from, I don' think it is possible, but since the low-carb craze, food manufactureres have been getting tricky witht he carb thing...perhasp you have seen the new "carb" which is sugar alcohol? They don't call it a real carb because it supposedly doesn't cause a bllod sugar rise the same way as typical sugars. That may be why low-carb diets allow alcohol and may answer your question...just a guess.

If you call the company that makes the beverage they will tell you. That's pretty much the only way. I did it once and they told me.
