If he isn't laughing n is being serious. Sometimes boys will play around saying it to see what u will say. Ask him r u 4real or is it just a game. This isn't an easy concept i know by experience. Just wait he will truely show u how he feels if he does "Love You"

If he is the kind of person who also says that he Loves celery or loves basketball or loves to ride bicycles,..then you can be sure that he has absolutely no idea what the word "LOVE" means.
Our language has been so distorted by they who want to be humorous that some words have lost their true meaning.
Ask him to describe what he feels toward you and ask him to say it without using th word "LOVE". What he says will tell you what you want to know.

from his eyes. when he says it you look at his eyes. maybe he just shy, he really likes you but his way to tell you not in seriously. he is trying to let you know in his jokes or playing with kind of that but actually he is mean about that joke or his plays.

He means it already ! He just doesn't know how to express it seriously, so he says it jokingly. One day he will say it in a way there will be no doubt left in your mind. Good Luck !

You will be able to tell by the sound of his voice and the look in his eyes. If he can't look you in the eyes then he's not serious.
