Well that's true. A lot of Mexican immigrants to this country say bad things about Mexico, so we often hear from them the shortcomings of the Mexican government. But you are right, the U.S. government has a lot of problems. It has corruption, its elections are suspect, it helps the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. It is increasingly (in this administration) oblivious to human rights and international law. For many of us, the current U.S. government is shameful and an embarassment. But the Mexican government has an equally bad record, if you do your research.

Name one good thing they have done for their own oh you cant can you.Thats why and their problems have skipped the border to solve their problems i.e. poverty by coming to the U.S. and then send some money home to feed the familys they left behind.Mexico made their problem the U.S.by doing NOTHING for their own.Am I proud? God yes ! How many americans jump the border to live somewhere else?I think our house is a mansion and Mexico made theirs a cardboard shak. If I am wrong why is L.A the second largest Mexican city in the world. They certainly are close enough to relocate back?To come back to a life of s..t provided by the corrupt federales an alcaldes. No wonder they say gracias no.

My friend, I remember Mexico. I remember a friend losing a car....hitching out because every item he owned was taken...I remember driving through check points of armed military every hour or so all through Mexico....I remember countless police stopping me 25 years ago looking for anything illegal and some looking for a bribe.
Mexico is nothing like the US. We have an immigration crisis because Mexican's truly want to come here and to leave Mexico.

Why do Mexicans complain about ours? I would not talk about your government if there were not people here waving Mexican flags chanting si se puede. While protesting potential crack down on illegal immigration.
I don't have to worry about the policia knocking on my door because of something I say.
I know the US has the worst system of government except all the others.

Human nature is never introspective.
We always seek to find bad in others instead of looking into our own souls. Yes, we criticize Mexico for corruption, they are certainly more blatant than our govt. They don't hide it or make apologies for it.
We, on the other hand, don't realize that our govt is also corrupt, they are just really good at hiding it. What is worse? A govt that hides it corruption or one thats is in the open about it?

What does the Mexican government do that we can't criticize?
Yes, I am proud of my government. Proud because if I needed them, they would be there to help me. I wouldn't have to go ask or steal the assistance from another country.

I don't specifically bash Mexico's government. I bash all governments that refuse to improve their economy and strive to make a living wage for its people. If those governments did this, we would not have such an illegal immigrant problem. Yeah it is a problem. The grass is greener here. America could focus on social issue for its people and other issues that face us today if other governments would improve their social causes instead of relying on the USA.

I am sorry but the entire mexican government from the police on patrol, to the top, all of the utilities and city offices all work on bribes.
A country with alot of national resourses make no help for thier poor.
No comparision to america. ( ie we don't see mexico building a fence to keep US citizens out)

We criticize the Mexican Government for their corruption and unwillingness to improve the Mexican economy, thus creating more employment for the Mexican citizens. We do criticize our Government for their lack of willingness to enforce our immigration policies.
