Have you ever seen girl's have a moustache-like facial hair on top of their lips? I bet it's because she wipes herself too hard or too frequently when she eats (hope what I'm saying doesn't sound too disturbing). NO..... the more you rub it the more it will go away like men with hairy arms the hair just stops growing where their t shirt sleeve starts because the t shirt is rubbing the area all day long same with legs...
