will this tighten my body up and give me good abs while burning body fat.. right now i am doing 4 sets up push ups and crunches and sit ups.. and side benders for the the love handles.. 4 sets of 20 pushups, 30 sit ups, 30 crunches, and side benders thru out the day.. i started doing this two days ago , and i can already feel my body tighenting.. will i and how long do you think till i get abs and a tight body.. im not very fat just some mid section fat and love handles and im 22

What you are doing is great to tone your muscles, but in order to be able to see your muscle definition you have to work off that mid section fat and your love handles. Do this by adding some cardio. Try adding 15-30 minutes of any activity that raises your heartbeat to your daily routine: dancing, power walking, jogging, sports - whatever you like to do. Good luck!

It will help. Even more if you throw in cardio. Remember your abs are tough. You can work them 4 days in a row with 3 days off, and you still won't over work them.

sounds like your on the right track...watch your carb intake and try to increase your lean protien, especially fish and chicken.
