try these:
1- spray oil sheen directly on the scalp (where it is glued on).
2- use your finger and rub on the area (making sure you have sprayed it well)
3- leave for a few seconds and gentle pull away the hair from the scalp ( leave longer if your hair is coarse)
4- comb out your hair with a big teeth comb, not a brush
(remember you do not want your hair to damage)
2nd option
1- shampoo the hair while the extensions are in. This will moisten the hair and will make it easy for removal
2- repeat step 2 to 4
If you find this task too difficult, get someone doing it for you as your hair will be prone to damage. Also the best shampoo for this is Motion or Optimum. Good Luck!

baby oil will help loosen the glue,,, there is a shampoo,,,, i cannot remember the name but it is a glue remover shampoo that works wonders,,, then after the tracks have soaked you can easily yet carefully pull them out,,,,then you have to detangle and remove any remaining glue globs,,
,this is the worse part,,,because you may have more hair breakage than you want and the glue gobs are sticky,,,,,which is why i recommend sewn weaves only
every time i did it like 3 times,,, i was crying taking the tracks and glue out, crying when i saw how much of my hair i lost,,,crying that i would never do it again lol,,, now i never would to much hassle,,,

You could shampoo your hair with any type of shampoo and let it sit for about 3 to 4 minutes then pull them out.
