i'm a Senior and i want to impresss my caoches by having small practices at my house, but we need to work out and i'm 5'7 or something and i wiegh 180 lbs, i'm not really a good example for the others but i'm willing to try something

A lot of girls on my squad were struggling with weight and junk. Don't worry. Some good reps are chinese push ups as well as triangle push ups, butterfly stretches. Any kind of split you can imagine. jumping rope, about 50 crunches leg lifts and leg kicks in any direction..... I believe pretty much anything they teach in karate is also helpful in cheerleading and don't forget to smile nonstop. I'd be careful about having practice at home unless you've got a lot of space and few breakables. There are books at the public library that include pictures and advice on proper excercise too.

Paula Abdul has a cheerleading workout on DVD.I don't know what it's called though.

where is your coach?

Didn't she give you like a lot to do?
