You take Egg Yokes, and dip the chicken breast into the yolk, then on a seperate dish mix some itialin bread crumbs and johnnys seasoning salt. Fry the Chicken over medium heat untill the outside is nice and golden brown. Put some tomato sauce(spaghitti sauce) in a baking dish, enough to cover the bottomand then a little more, then place the cooked chicken in the sauce and sprinkle shredded motzarella cheese over the chicken and place in an oven preheated to about 350, all you are wanting to do is melt the cheese, then remove from oven serve with angel hair pasta and a nice chardonnay. Fillet boneless chicken so it's not real thick

Put chicken on cutting board & use tip of knife to slither small little cuts in chicken.

Meat tenderizer, blk pepper

Crack egg in a bowl
Dunk chicken in egg
Italian Bread Crumbs (bread both sides of chicken)
Butter in the pan on medium
Throw some fresh minced in a jar garlic in the pan for some flavor
let it cook slow with a lid on it, the breading will have a crust like

Cook you pasta

Keep in mind the hot chicken & sauce will melt the cheese.

pound out your chicken breasts...rinse with water. Dip in three mixtures in this order...flour, egg, than bread crumbs. Preheat your oven to about 350. Fry the breaded breasts for about 3 to 5 minutes, than put your breasts in a baking pan with your sauce on top. A few minutes before you take it out of the oven, put your parmesan and mozeralla cheese on top and let melt! Yum!

Try putting slices of prosciutto and tomato under the cheese instead of just tomato sauce. Then add a little bit of sauce on top of the cheese when you serve.

what my mom does is takes some breaded, frozen chicken patties and cooks 'em, then cooks some spaghetti and a jar of spaghetti sauce, then she just puts some sliced mozzarella on top of the chicken and covers it w/sauce. it's quick and easy. and good. :)
