Okay, Let me put this in a question format then instead of a statement.
Why do little dog owners feel it necessary to take their highly aggressive little dogs in public so that they can frighten my kids?
I take my Pitbull places and people freak out. He is a big baby.
on top of that I can't tell you how many times My dog has actually had a little dog come after him and all he does is look confused.
Why do you think this is acceptable for other breed owners to be so inconsiderate to other people?

nope, haven't heard of any Yorkie attacks but I did read about a police officer being attacked by a pack of chihuahuas and having to go to the hospital for the wounds. wonder if the little stinkers got any air time.

I think that people are just irresponsible pet owners. It's not intentional that their dog is aggressive and unruly, they just think it doesn't need as much training because it's small. A common misconception. I have little dogs and they are always well behaved, they key is proper socializing.

I know people who have pitbulls and they are all the sweetest dogs. Small dogs, more often, are the aggressive ones, but who gets the bad rap? The only reason I can think is that a pitbull or other similar dog could do more damage if it attacked. Chihuahuas are the ones I'm careful with.

i have to agree with you 100%. i have a rottweiler, shes a BIG BABY. i take her everywhere, she gets along with other people, and animals great... until one of these "ankle bitters" jack russels, beagles, ..any small dog that thinks that they are big and bad. then boozer, my rottie, is not ready to play anymore...shes ready for dinner..
