If you have ahard time falling asleep every night then you should go see your doctor and get treated for insomnia. I myself have been diagnosed with insomia and take Lunesta every night. I sleep better than I ever have in my entire life. I feel more rested and relaxed.

It depends. There is a lot of work that can be done until I get tired again, so I might get up and read. If it is later, I will turn over and concentrate on relaxing my feet, calves, legs, back, arms and neck. By the time my neck is relaxed, I am nearly asleep
