A protein shake.

Cut sugar and carbs they make you crave more food.

Chew you food real good so it can assimilate and break down, remember you have to digest your food through your intestinal track.

Eat smaller meals like 5 or 6, it doesn't mean your gorging yourself it's just your less likely to feel like your overwhelmingly full.

And as always drink at least 4 glasses of water a day.

Try an enzyme pill - that will help with the digestion. Other than that, maybe Eno. But I'd stop eating or drinking ot make a stomach less full, I mean, it goes to logic that if it's full, you should stop adding to it.

not to eat any fruits immediately after your meal, this will add on the burdern to your stomach and also will bloat your stomach and soon you will start to blurp like no tmr.

after dinner, rest for 15-30 minutes, prepare a cup of thick warm chinese tea or any tea type that you like, slowly drink it and try to finish it while the tea is still warm. soon you will find yourself more comfortable. :P

this is the most healthy and natural way to do so....

Sugar! You get fortune cookies at a chinese restaurant because the chinese invented the idea of eating sugar after a meal to help you feel less full. I'm not sure why it works, but supposedly it does.

Grappa is a great beverage if you have overeaten. I would not recommend it if you drink quite a bit at the same time. Two to three oz of grappa after dinner can really open your stomach up. It is something you have to get use to, so I would suggest a moscato grappa which will be sweet and can be served slightly chilled.

I have never heard of any food that makes you fill less full. I'm sure there are a lot of obese people wondering if there is a food out there like this.

maybe try chewing some gum after you eat. that way you're not actually putting anything more into your body but, at the same time the chewing stimulates the digestive system and will help the tummy settle some. it works for me!
