i want to loose weight and i am having trouble doing it on my own so i was hopeing maybe some of you might have an idea .....please dont be a smart A$#& ABOUT IT OK ...

A 15-20 min..walking program..Also, cut back on pop with sugar..cut back on diet pop..all has alot of sodium..Good Luck!

Eat a lil less every meal, but not insufficient, you will also need your minerals and vitamins to keep yourself healthy and alert. Do more exercise and skip on snacks before bed and so, if your hungry, take fruits and nuts not stuff like bread, potato chips, ice-cream and so on, these stuff are packed with carbs and sugar which will make your fat very easily if not used up. Just stay positive, have a healthy mind, have enough rest and exercise!!!

I found if you drink lots of water it helps you lose weight. TRY and exercise 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes. And watch how many calories you are taking in

I've never tried this but i heard instead of eating big meals if you eat light healthy snacks frequently it keeps your metabolism working steadily therefore causing you to loose wieght.

hey if u really like eating, then prob look for smthing else u like doing, something that will keep ur mind of eating..... helps to drink lots of water.

eat fewer carbs (but don't eliminate them), more fruits, vegetables, and lean meat, and drink skim milk. Excercise, and DONT STARVE YOURSELF! You will gain weight.
