I think it would take a REAL man to date a woman that is pregnant and its not their child.

I dated a girl who had a two yr old daughter - I would never date someone with a young child again. It was a bad time in my life and I found I didn't like the girlfriend that we just were too different . I lived on a farm and she was from the city etc.
But I liked the kid (not in any wierd ways). When I broke up with the girlfriend thekid went with it. I find I still think about and miss the kid , as for mother - nope not a thing.
When you date someone with a kid or soon to be kid your in a add water stir and pow instant family situation . Personally i would never repeat this.

Let me apologize for the preceding answers. Its a shame more don't take this seriously.
It depends on the situation. If the father were in the picture at all, how far along in the pregnancy. Honestly, I'd be a bit put off dating someone in their third trimester and would not be likely to go up to them and say...wooo...mama...but I doubt most women feel sexy when their feet are swollen and they just want the baby to get "OUT". If the mom is attractive, the father is totally out of the picture and I like her...the baby wouldn't matter to me at all.

Many.There are sooooo many good men out there that will take care of a child that isn't theirs biologically.It takes more than sperm to be a father.You just need to be honest with the men that you decide to date and if they do not accept you pregnant, then they do not accept your child and aren't worth you wasting your time on anyways.Good luck and stay healthy.

I'm not sure what the answer is but I do find pregant women really attractive and would love to sleep with one some day.

I dated one while I was in the service. She was in the service. I was was prepared to raise it as my own,but she went back to the father of the child ,a civilian. I think a pregnant woman can be quite beautiful.

Some guys don't care. They just want to be with you and have a family, even if the children aren't theirs.

If i really liked the girl and she had a great personality, the fact that she is pregnant, or even if she already had the child, would not deter me from dating her. It is the person that counts..

I think a man is more able to adopt a baby if he knows that the child's father has abondoned him/her. Otherwise it just gets way too complicated.

If you're one month pregnant and can still engage in sexual activity, then possibly a few men might be horny enough... if you're seven to nine months pregnant and can hardly move, then you're probably looking at no healthy man who has good vision.
