To workout with belly fat, you should try doing sit-ups or some specific abdominal exercises. It is recommended if these belly fat removal exercises are associated with breath control mechanisms. Aerobics would do better justice too, but Yoga exercises is the ideal and permanent form of cure for belly fat removal. To do that you need to kneel down sit on your knees, touch your thumb with the index finger while leaving other three fingers straight on both hands. You should keep this in the sides of the pelvic border and bend forward as much as you can. I would strongly recommend that you do this belly fat removal exercise under the guidance of a person who is familiar with Yoga. Trust me that this exercise works out for sure however obese you are. You need to do cardio, or something like running, beside these exercises. Stomach fat is different from the rest of your abs; sit-ups and abs workouts might help, but this will definitely not get rid of this problem. I have to tell you not to get discouraged, because from experience I know that it does not work right away.

I had the same problem for most of my adolescent days. Lately I found out that stress and low exposure to light reduce tiroid activity which can cause bloating and can make your belly look huge. It seems I also have low progesterone levels (also because of stress) that also contributes.
What really worked for me was learning how to relax and swimming/2 advanced body building workouts (why advanced? because you put several groups of muscles to work instead of just 1 or 2 like beginner workouts do. It sounds hard but it isn't because you only need to perform each one 20 times tops. be carefull and choose an experienced teacher, these workouts can damage your back if performed incorrectly, in excess or in wrong sequence).
Swimming 3 times a week for 30 mins can also give you model looks
Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The best way to get rid of belly fat is simple as cutting your calorie intake and burning more calories. Remember hearing that you should do more sit ups/crunches to turn your fat into muscle? Well that is like turning water into wine. It is physically impossible. Try exercising more cardiovascular exercise to burn the fat. Situps and crunches will help improve back and abdominal stregth. Keep up the good work I am happy that there is one more person out there who is concerned about their health and lifestyle.

Exercise. Exercise does work even if you say it doesn't for you. But you have to be strict with yourself when you do workout. Try anything cardio related. Also, what you eat may factor in this. You can't eat junk food, food high in calories and then exercise thinking you will lose the stomach. Cut off all carbohydrates...Anything white ie. bread, pasta, rice. Plenty of fluids...not diet drinks. Eat lots of greens and fresh fruits instead of chips or junk food. It surely wouldn't work unless you are tough with yourself.
Good luck.

CARDIO!!!

and

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor in front of you. Lie on an exercise mat rather than a hard floor to prevent back strain. (Image 1)

2. Position your feet as wide as your hips. (Image 2)

3. Place your hands behind your head so that your thumbs are tucked behind your ears.

4. Hold your elbows slightly out to the sides and keep your chin pointing upward. (Image 3)

5. Curl up and forward so that your head, neck and shoulder blades lift off the floor. Make sure you're not pulling your head forward with your hands. If your chin is making contact with your chest, the abdominal muscles aren't being used in the exercise.

6. Pause for a moment. Lift your head up enough so that your middle and lower back stay on the floor. Squeeze your abdominals as you pause. (Image 4)

7. Slowly lower your head, neck and shoulder blades to starting position.

8. Keep your knees bent, your feet in the same position and your back straight throughout the entire exercise.

Tips:
For a more difficult crunch, do the exercise starting with your knees bent roughly at right angles and your feet lifted off the floor 2 or 3 inches. Cross your feet at the ankles for stability. Doing the crunch this way puts more pressure on the abdominals.

For an easier exercise, fold your arms across your chest with each hand resting palm down on the opposite shoulder. Pay special attention to your neck since your hands are not supporting the back of your head. (This method also prevents "cheating" for those tempted to use the larger shoulder carriage muscles in the "hands-behind-head" method.)

For a more advanced crunch, hold lightweight plates (1 to 10 lbs.) on your chest or hold the plate behind your head as you support your head.

Crunch with a twist by curling up one elbow (or side) slightly above the other elbow. This works the obliques - the side muscles of your abdomen.

Do two to three sets of 15 to 20 repetitions once a day. You should see results in 4 to 6 weeks.

There are multiple variations of the abdominal crunch, including pull-down and cross-knee crunches - see Related Sites for details.

Lying on an exercise mat rather than a hard floor helps prevent back strain.

Despite what you may think, commercialized abdominal machines/rollers are not enough to get you solid abs. A "six-pack" results from not only crunches, but also consistent aerobic and fat-reducing exercise (such as running), as well as eating a low-fat diet.

Once your abs are a little stronger, look into ab video workouts and ab machines. They will introduce more advanced exercises and add definition to your stomach.

Warnings:
Avoid using your hands to pull up your head. This can cause serious damage to the neck and spinal cord regions.

One clear sign of improper technique is touching your elbows together when doing the exercise.

If you have any condition that would impair or limit your ability to engage in physical activity, please consult a physician before attempting this activity. This information is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Get liposuction and tummy tuck surgery in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
