She has been on many types of antibiotics. Nothing seems to be helping. She constantly has diarrhea. I'm looking for some advice and a recommendation for dog food with sensitive stomach for large breed.

You are getting conflicting advice because there are benefits to waiting until she's grown and there are benefits to spaying now. If you spay her now, the benefit is that spaying before her first heat will give her the greatest protection against mammary tumors and prevent any surprise litters. The primary benefit to waiting until she is older is orthopedic. When you spay or neuter a puppy that is still growing, the growth plates in their bones don't close on time because of the missing sex hormones. So you end up with a tall, leggy dog whose proportions are not correct, and this can create orthopedic problems. Some people also report that they feel pups who are spayed/neutered very young never really mentally mature 100%, acting more like puppies for their entire lives (again because of the effects of the sex hormones on development.) So you have to decide which makes the most sense for your individual dog. There isn't a "right" answer here or a "wrong" answer. You should talk to the vet and the breeder about what timing for the spay makes the most sense for your individual dog and then make a decision.

Good luck with this, I have a 2 1/2 year old french mastiff that has the same problem. He had actual infections when he was a puppy, but even after that was all cleared up the diarrhea hasn't gone away. My vet says he's still healthy and doesn't have any problems, but he couldn't take a solid crap to save his life.

Science diet makes a good product as does Royal Canin. Clostridium difficele is accually caused by multiple antibiotics!

Dont just check the food, but check the water also. Bacteria can breed anywhere and spirochetes can enter the skin by them walking through an infected area.
Spriochetes corkscrew their way into the skin and imbed themselves to reproduce.
Check all sources. Even the areas you take him to play like the park and other infected dogs.

i have large breed dogs and i have 3 vets in my family and your dog has coxcydia. this is a diarrhea and blood in the stool problem.it will go dorment for a while then come back but you need to keep your dog stress free like no taking for rides and no sudden changes in the household. also put your dog on sulfar and give it SOY-FREE dog food like the brand called Armada. (19%protien) you can find this at Family farm store or Tractor supply. this should help you. give it about a week. soy is bad for dogs ecspecially large dogs.

First of all, pick a good meat based diet....not the junk from the grocery store that is all filler. (Pro Plan, Eukaneuba, Royal Canin, Solid Gold, Canidae are some examples). Second, try putting a little plain nonfat yogurt on your dogs food....the lactobacillus helps re-enforce good bacteria.

Lamb and Rice Dog food. Rice will help with the diarrhea. You can even cook some up and mix with what ever you are feeding her now. Good Luck

Viruses are the simplest organisms known to man... and dogs. They're either constituted by DNA or by RNA – never both simultaneously- and protected with a cover of protein, which parasite other cells to reproduce.

oe tried nutro's lamb and rice. BEST food ever. it was the chicken foods that got my dogs. the "by products" means they use the beaks, feet, bones, feathers!! guts! try lamb and rice by nutro. it will change your dog in two days. also the antibiotics are giving the dog this problem. try acidophiles from GNC stores. this will put the "friendly" bacteria back in the colon he desperately needs. good luck
