Not at all, you can check your BMI (body mass index) to make you feel better

Is that the standard now? Holy hell, I thought that's average. Listen, no guy wants a stick for a girlfriend after having a bunch of Paris Hilton look-a-likes being shoved in our faces 24/7 on TV. In fact, I know lots of guys who like girls with a little bit of meat on them now. Bottom line, I don't think you're overweight.

If you really want to shed excess fat, however, I just lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight. Good luck.

Here's your rule of thumb. You multiply five by every inch you are over five feet tall and add it to 100. You are five ft. 4 inches, so you would multiply 4x5. That would be mean your weight should be 120 or so. At 115, you are okay, and you don't need to lose ANY weight. If you want to tone up, though, take some aerobics or something.

Here, this formula may help:

BMI (Body Mass Index) = weight in pounds x 703/ height in inches squared

Your BMI is 19.74, and one is not considered overweight until the BMI is 25. You're perfectly fine.

DON'T fall for the magazine look of models to judge if you are fat. You are definetly NOT fat.
You just need to have a better image of yourself. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are not fat and you are great looking.

You are just fine the way you are. Men like girls with a little meat on their bones in 2006.

Don't be silly. My wife is 5'0" and 120. It's called healthy, as opposed to anorexic!
