If you died with a sun burn your skin would look paler due to the loss of blood circulation, however it would still be burnt and it would still have a reddish tone.
Most people do not rot very much due to the sealed coffins they are buried in so you would most likey mummify with the sunburn and then finally decompose.

well, this is a yes and no. NO, it would not go away, but Yes because the body deteriates so fast that the skin is gone with-in a week or two that the burn would go away with the skin.

no it would not. the only reason it goes away is that your skin heals itself. if you are dead then the skin wont heal there fore you will have sunburn until ur skin rottens away.
