What ever you do, don't tell your daughter or the girlfriend, just go about your business as if nothing has happened. If your daughters father makes a play for you, tell him you regret your past action and wish not to be sexually involved with him anymore. I hope you are through with him. I hope you can move on and remember, never never use a man, because the one who really gets used is the woman, men think of sex differently than women. Good luck, D

If you are still married to him you need to reconsider your choices. If you are not married to him, you need to reconsider your choices. You have a child together and you are still physically attracted to each other. You can 1. forget it happened and not do it again 2. make a new commitment with him and go to counseling together.
There is no reason to feel guilt, but I think I would be checked for all STDs because you have no way of knowing the GF's sexual history. Good Luck !

You may be seeking reassurance that you are still attractive. This is the wrong place to look for approval. It's time to get more activities and people involved in your life and keep your relationship with him on a businesslike level.

I mean....he could have said no!
Besides you two have a history together...it must have been good at some point for you to have had a baby with him. Maybe you both needed some comforting. Maybe he's the one who knows just which buttons to push to make IT happen for you.

get you a boyfriend even if it's a make believe...act like you are doing it too..that way when he is with the other you make him think you with the other.....dress nice and sexy...and act like you are going out with someone else just to see his reactions...your baby father is having his cake and eating it too. Do the same ..even if it's not true just to get him back

You need to get counseling to discover why you return to situations that were not healthy the first time around. If you won't do it for yourself, do it for your daughter. You are her role model. She needs to be able to respect you so you can guide her to be a self-respecting woman. Please take care of your own issues before they impact her life.

Get tested for Sexually Transmitted Diseases.... then pack your bag and move away from the ******... you don't need some guy who has no respect for you, and no respect for his current girlfriend in his life... he's a dog... always has been... always will be.... and guess what he thinks of you?
