A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.

You need lots of discipline to maintain an ideal weight, especially at first. Check your local library for books about nutrition and fitness, because the information will probably be better than what's online and you can read it away from your computer. Remember, sticking to a plan is half the battle. You can get to 120 lbs in about 5 months if you start eating right and exercising. The hardest part is convincing yourself that your actions are making a difference, because you won't see drastic results at any point. But if you work on it persistently, you will make progress.
Oh, yes . . . one more thing: stop drinking soda immediately! Everything everyone else is saying about it is true. Practice moderation and stay away from fast food as much as you can. When I was your age, I did not do that . . . I drank a liter of Coke daily with my lunch and ate out practically every night and I weighed 180 lbs. I am a guy, but 180 lbs was very excessive for my height at that time.

You don't mention how tall you are. You might not be as overweight as you think.
You can talk to a doctor, a dietician, or even a school nurse to get help. The best advise I can give is to find an athletic activity or sport that you can get into. Are there any summer classes offered through a local community center? Dance, aerobics, yoga, soccer, hiking, whatever--find something you like. It's okay if you are nervous at first, keep in mind that other people there are usually too worried about themselves and how they look to pay attention to others.
Or, you might talk to neighbors with pets and offer to walk their dogs or mow thier lawns for a small fee. Tell them that you are trying to earn some extra cash and get some exercise, maybe they'll want to help out.
Some gyms offer discounts to students, check the rules and rates. Some churches have free gyms you could work out at, too!
Make a new friend. I am more committed to exercising when I have a workout buddy. Ask someone to walk with you--even mallwalking is good (early morning is best, before the food court is open to tempt me with junk!)

Number one, no more junk food, or fast food. Meat, fruit and vegetables only. Did you know that one can of soda has 16 to 21 teaspoons of sugar in it. That is a lot of sugar, but most people, especially teens drink can after can of soda without thinking about what they are doing to their bodies. Also, an exercise regime that fits you, and walking briskly for at least 1 hour a day is a good way to start, and it is easy and the Human bodies muscles, nervous, and lymphatic systems are totally geared towards walking, so it is the best most complete exercise and the least likely to be a problem for most. If you change your ways now, then you will be able to keep this up throughout your life, and feel fit and healthy for as long as you live.

first, if you really like soda, that's probably a major factor. i'm 14 myself, and i've found that if you cut out soda almost completely, it is much easier to lose weight. another thing, is that during the summer, your schedule can get completely jacked. you might get up later (i am barely awake by noon), lounge around the house,(as opposed to lounging around in school, but at least there you're moving between classes) and for me, a school day was the only time i could plan stuff to do with my friends. the point is, keep in touch with your friends, get their numbers or addresses or at least information about where they go on tuesdays, and make sure that you guys get out and do things, like swimming, and keep yourself out of the house and active for as long as possible.if you're stuck in the house, do something that doesn't include t.v.. remodel your room, make something artistic with the junk you can find in the garage, or god forbid, clean the house! Just as long as you are staying active. also, make sure you watch what you eat. over the summer, you probably go to a lot more barbeque's and party's, which always means junk food. if you eat a steak, try to go with a small portion, because there's less fat. oh, and always try to maintain a positive attitude. when people get depressed, they tend to eat more, which would not help the problem.

Right now I'm not on a real diet but what I'm doing its call portion control. I went to the supermarket and bought these containers they are 9 ounces. I put my breakfast, lunch and dinner in those containers and that is all I eat. For snack I eat fruit, pretzels, 100 calorie packs. You will start to lose weight if you do this. It has worked for me and I hate diets. Also I work out 3 or 4 times a week. That also helps.
I hope this will help you. Good Luck.

ok, I need more info. How tall r u? and how much do u think u should weigh? Do you eat healthy? Exercise? or are u spending too much time sitting down. Get up and move, dance, walk, jump, whatever it takes to get you in motion. A body in motion tends to stay in motion. You can do these things in the privacy of your room or home. Don't start the "diet cycle" of supplements and miracle weight loss pills. The truth is, if you don't watch what you eat and exercise, you are not going to lose the weight and keep it off.

If you are overweight, then you need to use your will power to lose it. Big thing is to stay away from cola's all of them. Eat sensibly and don't forget about the exercise. I know that sounds rough, but even walking for 30 to 60 minutes a day will do. Good Luck.

Exercise and eat right. I know that's what a lot of people say, and it's true. I don't know how tall you are but I'd say try writing down everything you eat and count how many calories you eat in a day. Then decrease that number down to maybe 1400 calories a day (Again, I don't know how much you eat but try to eat no less than 1200 calories a day) Try to give up soda. If you can't, try drinking diet soda or drinking only one can of pop a week. Don't forget to reward yourself for achieving part of your goal. Good luck!

forget about what all these turds said, you probably have a belt driven accessory locking up, but then again you've never checked your oil so maybe one of these turds are on to something. my advice to you is to never check you oil, that way, when every engine in every car that you have ever owned blows up...... you wont even be suprised. you can just tell the mechanic that you never checked your oil and you'll know what caused your engine to fail. good luck with the fix, i'm sure you are going to have to pay big dollars.
