According to the traditions of each respective faith, the Torah was dictated to Moses word for word by God himself on Mount Sinai. The Bible was written by many different authors, and some of the books we don't even know who wrote them (for example, Hebrews). The Koran was dictated to Muhammed by the angel Gabriel in numerous revelations over the course of his lifetime.

The Torah was written by Moses or Abraham I believe, however I don't know for sure if this is the case.
The torah is the first five books of the old testament.
The rest of the old testament tends to be written by many people, normally the name of the book. it's easy to find out who did each book, evven numbers.
The New testament is written by the four gospels and Paul, in his letters to the cchurch and timothy and Titus. I'm unsure whether or not Timothy or Titus wrote any book themself.
The Koran as far as I know is inspired by Mohammad, the Muslim prophet.
I don't know anything more about it.

They originally came from God.
Bible and Turah were changed by rebelious men, and the Quran remained unchanged... since God promised within the Quran that He will be preserving it..
He said: "Verily We have sent down the rememberance [i.e. Quran] and Verily We will be preserving it [from curroption]"
