You should NEVER chase after a man. It isn't you. You're fine. It's him. He's just not that interested or else he'd be chasing you like crazy and doing everything in his power to see you. So move on and don't SETTLE for someone who obviously doesn't care that much. Hold yourself up to higher standards. You are worth better!

I don't think I would go out with him right now. He seems to not understand that he didn't do you right by not calling you. If you really think he is a good honest guy then go for it, but alot of guys do this and its so annoying.
