Don't try to have a relationship; try for a friendship and see where it leads. If she's interested in more than that; she'll let you know one way or another.

Behave as a mature person and treat her like a queen. Then tell her your feelings for her and ask her out on a date. While on the date, talk to her in general about her feelings for a younger guy and see if she would be interested in developing a relationship with you.

how much older? Friends may be the best thing for you. It may not seem like a lot of difference right now but later on it may become an issue, health problems etc.
