Legality of selling marijuana paraphenalia?

What are the laws selling pipes and bongs and such? Oh yeah im in the united states

I dont smoke. I just figured alot of people do and they spend alot of money on these things. So if i call them tobacco pipes and such im good right?

These are state laws and each state has its own laws on what type of "smoking" paraphenalia can be sold.

Can' t call it for pot, since that is illegal

Isn't it odd how the states don't mind taking the sales tax from the sale of tobacco smoking products. Convenience stores can sell rolling papers and lighter's with the picture of a pot plant on it, but they can't sell the weed that goes with it.

I have heard that in some states they may selling smoking paraphernalia as long as it is sold for purposes of smoking tobacco or natural non-illegal herbs. They can not have any resin of drug in them.

let me see...wat have u been smokin? if u live in usa no matter which state u live sellin of pot/marijuana is illegal......pipes,bongs and all drugy stuff too.....and if ur over 18 dude u'll go to jail for lest 5 years.......as long as ur not a pharmisists and its not for medical reasons...(cancer etc) prescribed from a doc..

Just so long as theyre for "tobacco use only", and you use terms like pipe and waterpipe instead of bong or bowl, it doesnt matter.

i think its a state by state thing... but as far as i know as long as you say your not selling it for the purpose of smoking pot then you should be okay
