sure if the 26 year old doesnt mind jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! better for both of you to wait it out - if it is what you really want then you can wait till the 17 year old is 18

No its not, actually its illegal unless you live in Texas, where 17 is the age of consent. I dont know why a 26 year old woman would want to be with a 17 year old. Men mature slower then woman so most 17 year old boys act 14. You should question her motives because honestly, its not normal to like a boy when you are that old.

In some countries, yes. In the United States, the average age of consent is 18. If the 17 yr old is married to the 26 yr old woman, then, yes, it is ok for them to have sex.

No, this is called statgitory( Rape) because a minor dose not posses the maturity level an adult has to make those type of decissions for his or her life yet. It is very serious even if the minor is willing.The crime here is not forceable rape on the body .It is of the miniulation of the minors mind.and the intent of the adults actions for personal sexual satisfaction. I should know my 16 year old son had sex with a 29 year old, while intoxicated at her house and dosent remember most of it .I turned her in.

Ouch. Moral right and legal right difer depending on which state you live in. The funny thing is sometimes it's none of our buisness. Women marry men that are 10 years older, in my case my hubby is 7 years younger. Look at the bright side, if she gets pregant she will be old enough to handle the situation versus a 17 year old girl who wouldn't have a clue. lol. j/k Oh, I was 30 he was 23...but, yeah...i think it is ok if both parties consent. I wouldn't...can't go to a bar, can't party with me.

Is she one of your teachers? If so she could be breaking the law.
Find someone your own age or at least closer. You are still a minor and she could go to jail in some states for statuatory rape.
Talk to a close adult relative or teacher if you need help.

no it's illegal now. I would say wait til you are 18. And no there isn't anything wrong with it if you really love her. Age doesn't matter.
