YEAH THAT IS A NO NO BECAUSE WHAT IF YOU GET YOUR HEART INVOLVED AND HE DECIDES THAT HE IS GOING TO TRY TO WORK IT OUT WITH HIS WIFE.... AND WHAT ABOUT ADULTERY.... EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SEPARATED HE IS MARRIED... TELL HIM YOU WOULD BE MORE THAN GLAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE DIVORCE IS FINALIZED..... IF HE IS NOT THAN HE IS PLAYING GAMES AND YOU NEED TO DROP HIM ANYWAY....
I WOULD, IN ADDITION, SUGGEST IF HE REALLY WANTS TO GET THE DIVORCE THAT YOU BOTH GO TO THE COURTHOUSE TOGETHER TO FILE THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK .... ITS LIKE CALLING HIS BLUFF.... IF HE GOES THAN STAY IF HE COMES UP WITH TEN DIFFERENT EXCUSES THAN YOU KNOW HE IS PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR EMOTIONS AND IT IS TIME TO GET OUT....

REMEMBER THESE ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS AND THE FINAL DECISION LIES WITH YOU... BUT BE SMART ABOUT YOUR DECISION AND STEP OUTSIDE THE SITUATION TO MAKE A CLEAR AND DEFINITE DECISION....GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS... THERE IS NO EASY ANSWER....

I agree with the first person who responded. The guy is still married to his first wife. Get the divorce papers signed first. It is not fair to you to have to share his name with some other woman, and it is not fair to you that he is still married. It is like having an affair. I don't care if he are separated. You should not do any of the proposing/accepting until the dicorving is finished!!!

Aside from that I am very happy to hear that you found someone that you wish to spend the rest of your life with. Go for it, be happy, get married, and have kids, and BE HAPPY, but please, please, please, get the final divorce finished first.

This guy needs to finalize his divorce and then proceed. You have no idea what all might come up while he is in this situation with his soon to be ex. Don't get involved in making future decisions with him until he is totally out of his marriage and even then things might and probably will come up. Don't be surprised.

This is a no brainer....Why IS he still married if he wishes to move on??? Methinks you should run screaming before more heartache ensues.....or until he has the balls to show you legitimate divorce papers.

He needs to be divored before I would speak to him about marriage and kids. He's still attached to someone else and isn't free to commit to another person.

When he gets that piece of paper in his hand, called a divorce, and all final and proper....then, and only then.......proceed VERY slowly. What's his rush?....that's a NO-NO!
