Hainanese Steamed Chicken in Kuala Lumpur!!!
Raw salmon and yellowtail (sashimi or sushi)
Raw sea urchin roe (on its own or sushi)
broccoli - any way, especially delicious just cooked in sea salted water and then pureed to a fine, thick soup. No stock needed, try it!
For breakfast:
Half-cooked eggs with a splash of soy sauce
Natto (stinky Japanese beans) with a raw egg on rice and green tea
