I know the Italian word is 'perfetto' and the French word is 'parfait'. According to google's translating, the German word is 'vollkommen', Spanish is 'perfecto' and Portuguese is 'perfeito'. Sorry I can't help you with Indian, though.

Also, you might want to edit the question so that it comes up with the bit about other languages in the question itself, rather than having that in the additional info, just to avoid confusion.
