Ummm, I invented a pizza when I was working at Dominoe's while pregnant--bad combo from the start lol:
A sweet crust, "sauced" with peanut butter, then topped in chocolate chips, ran through the oven to melt the chocolate, then topped with banana slices! Ummm, yummy! With that, you'll need a glass of milk and a shot of INSULIN!! lol

I loved grilled pineapples and capricolla ham on my pizza with a light drizzling of olive oil and some italian spice blend!
Chasing it down with a frosty glass of coke, and enjoy it while watching a movie with my hot girlfriend! ;)

Everything except anchovies (why in gods name some idiot decided that little, dead salty fish was a good idea for putting on pizza I'll never understand!!!)... and olives... I like everything else.. I think...
.. and I eat mine either with ICE COLD COKE or beer... sometimes both.

pizza with ham, cheese, bacon and mushrooms yum. I drink tea with mine. I have drank milk with it. milk is good too!

My favorite pizza is canadian bacon with pineapple I like to dip it in Kraft ranch dressing and i like to drink it with Orange, ROOTbeer or Cherry soda.

I like mine with walnuts, sundried tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, and thinly sliced red onion--just a drizzling of olive oil. I like it with coca cola. Any kind of pizza is good though, and yes, I like anchovies.

I love to drink Coke with mine. My fav toppings are pepperoni, tomatoes and onions.
