If you know the place and date/time you are supposed to be there, go. They will look up your information once you are there. If you do not know, you need to call the city or county courthouse or whatever court you have been summoned to. If you don't know that, call your city and county offices. They should be able to direct you further.

Just contact the court house that summoned you or the local department that served you with it and they can give you the information that you need.

Contact the court clerk's office Monday and explain your situation. Give them your name and they'll give you the information that you're missing.

Call the clerk's office and tell them. If you just don't show up it will be worse for you, especially for a stupid reason like that.
