My babysitter works 4 days a week for 7 hours a day from 7pm to 2 am. I have 2 children that are 2yrs and 7months old. My kids go to sleep at 8:30. Sometimes she cooks dinner for them but I normally have them all ready for bed.

That depends on where you live. I live in Ontario Canada and here we normally pay $5.00 per hour for the first child and 2 - 3 dollars for every child after that. It doesn't matter the time of the day or night you need the babysitter the point is you need one. I suggest you talk it over with the sitter and see what they feel is right. You are taking away there evening from them. The most crucial time of a young persons life!

Your kids are kinda young and those are late hours. Baby sitters willing to work at those times with that young of kids are few and far between. If she/he is driving to your house pay way more for gas. It would be a good idea to ask him/her, but if you know you would have a hard time finding a sitter if they got a better offer, you should consider paying high like $50-$60 dollars per night or more.

It depends. Ask your babysitter what she wants you to pay her. If she isnt giving up having another job and wouldnt be doing anything if she werent watching the kids, she probably wouldnt mind you paying her less! Even though she isnt with them much awake, you should still pay her at least $60 a week, but I would suggest asking her! Good luck!

those are some late hrs. its also good that u try to help her as much as possible. i think that $5-7 per hr is a fair price, even though the hrs are late, she dosent do much in the hr 1/2 she as w. them awake!

At least 100.00 dollars a week. I know that sounds high, but she it spending her night time with your kids, and you have 2 so i would say at least around 100.00 a week.
