First you are 17 and he is 25. You are a minor. You are just beginning to know what love is all about. This is not love especially not with a 25 year old guy online. Something is wrong with a 25 year old that has to hit on 17 year olds. Yes you need to block him!! and move on. You need to find somebody your own age. This guy sounds and smells fishy.

Forget about him. Worry about teenager things like education. Besides whats a 25 yr. old calling a 17 yr. old his dreamgirl for? Sounds a little wierd to me. But then again what do I know.
Oh and if my daughter (when she reaches that age she's only 8 now) was talking to grown men like that I think I'd have a big fat cow

Stop talking to him. First of all, you have no idea if he is 25 or 45! He may be lying to you. Also, a person like you would have nothing in common with an atheist. I have a lot of respect for you for caring so much about your religion. To me, a person who claims to be an atheist is just seriously damaged in some way!!

I agree be extremely careful because you never really know who you are talking to when you are online. People have their own beliefs but do you want to end up with somebody that doesn't believe in God. I am not being judgemental I just want to be with a guy that is somewhat religious. Just try and go with your true instinct and what your heart tells you, he may be a really good guy but he may not be.

wow, ur getting bad answers.lol
heres the best one:
people online arent who they say they are. im going to use th word "guys" here. so guys arent who they say they are. its not a good idea to be with them. my best friend went out with a guy online for eight months. thats a decent amount of time, he started out nice, by the end of the 2nd month, he reveiled he had depression meds, anxiety meds, he was bullemic and all this crap. he "forgot to tell her" these important things. its not what he said, its that he wasnt honest. more and more things came up and at the end he said so much to her that was so aweful i ended up getting a restraining oreder even tho im in TX and hes in idaho. primarily for death threats. i set her up with a guy here and its going great. INERNET DATING IS DESPERATE. makes you seem pathetic. its jsut messing with people, and if its for that, do as you please, but its pathetic. if some random dude likes you on the net, you have something to offer, get out there in the real world, not the cyber "reality".

You're only 17, and the world is not ending tomorrow...
Just go on with your friendship...
Just don;t go farther...
And "words" such as "dreamgirl" are just words that do not mean anything but to FLATTER and convince you for something you would REGRET later. Just beware!

I wouldn't want my daughter chatting with a guy that is that old. I have a 16 year old daughter and I would go through the roof. I feel that a "MAN" that old should chat with people his own age. Be very careful girl. You could get hurt.

you can like someone because you are creating or have created an ideal picture of him in your head through his emails/chat messages. the longer you think of him, the more you like him and the more idealistic you become. You are still young, so being idealistic is rather normal.
be careful of your thoughts and feelings. I think you should move on and remain as online friends.
