my white blood cell count is abnormally high what causes this?

Any infection--pneumonia, urinary tract infection, etc can cause your WBC to be elevated.
Leukemia can also cause it. Thats a more serious problem, and can only be diagnosed by a doctor.
Lupus can also sometimes elevate your WBC levels. More rare but still a possibility.
I've even had patient with poison ivy that had an elevated white blood count.

The Bone Marrow is not generating enough Red Blood Cells.

the only sickness i know is leukemia but i am not suggesting u hav it. maybe u should go c a doctor cos my sis has the same low white blood cell prob and the doc says its ok and just mentioned to her to eat more of certain food stuff.

Leukemia
